It has been over 50 years since Inha University was established upon the ideals of leadership and expertise and service to the country. A mainstay in the port city of Incheon, Inha has long produced talented professionals for the science and technology sectors, who exceed the expectations of the nation and its people.

Inha University is transforming every corner for improved student life in a continuation of campus changes started last year.  With new desks and chairs as well as a newly finished floor and stage, the hall in the Hi-Tech Center basement has a cleaner and fresher look.  An increase in usable space was achieved by reducing the number of seats from 340 to 280. The ‘Wolcheon Lounge’ on the 1st floor of the 60th Anniversary Hall was also created.  The 130m2 of dark and wasted space has been filled with a youthful feel.  In particular, the lobby space was constructed with Dongsung Chemical Co. Ltd. ‘Vixum’ sound absorbing materials.  Now study groups do not need to find another place to meet.

In addition to finishing the areas around Building 6 and Building 9, the College of Business Administration and the College of Social Sciences respectively, classrooms were remodeled in Building 5 and Building 6 last May. Similar in atmosphere to the study lounge that opened on the 1st floor of Building 6 at the beginning of this year, a student council room and rest lounge is being finished on the 1st floor of Building 9.  Similar to the cozy atmosphere of a coffee shop, the plan is for students to use the 201m2 space as comfortably as possible. The look of the front gate has also changed.  At the beginning of the year, gate posts were installed in the middle of the front gate, and the school name is to the left and right.  New asphalt in front of the gate gives everything a tidy impression.  The clay bricks of the old front gate also gave a different feel.
